I started my investment journey at the end of 2007 in ASNB. I know nothing about investment that time. What I know is the dividend rate of ASNB is higher than fixed deposits rate in bank. That’s all. Since I have extra money not in use, so I get my all extra into the ASNB. All these year ASNB gave me 6-7 percent dividend.
I like this idiom, all roads lead to Rome. This idiom mean you have different ways of doing something but achieving same goal. This idiom imply in our life but not many are aware of it.
We all have one goal in life, financial freedom. No one likes to work. No one likes to be in stress. No one likes to take order from superior. Everyone hopes that the y can enjoy without working. So why we work? We work to earn money for survive. We are walking on our chosen pathway to achieve financial freedom.
Cashflow 101 e-game, creation by Rich Dad Poor Dad author, Robert T.Kiyosaki is a wonderful personal financial game. It brings fun and financial education on the same time. If you wonder how Cashflow game look like, just imagine it as another type of monopoly game will do.

If you ever read Rich Dad series of book, you will not be unfamiliar with the Rich Dad Cashflow Board Game. It is a creation of Robert T.Kiyosaki after he retire. You can just imagine cashflow board game just another type of monopoly which bring education knowledge.
Cashflow board game is described as mimic of what happen in real life, where most people is in the rat race. Those who are in rat race are people that spend more than they earn. They live from paycheck to paycheck to settle the bill and debt.

WTH! Is that what you want to say? Me too! WTH! Young and rich, dream of all people but not many people able to make it. When you are young and rich, you are still energetic and able to persuade other thing besides money. You can go travelling oversea once a year and you can count it how many countries is welcoming you. You can drive luxury car with you beloved sitting beside. You can go challenging exciting things you never try before. You can have more time with your family. You can see thing differently as the money is not problem for you. The list still go on as long as you can name it!
Getting financial freedom is a long process. It might need 10 years, 20 years or even more. You might get rich overnight but you can’t get financial freedom overnight. Financial freedom is not a overnight thing. It need passion and commitment. In order to keep my passion for achieving financial freedom and get rich, I keep on reminding my goals and trigger to take actions.
If you dream to drive nice car, live bungalow, travel oversea once a year and etc, 9-5 jobs definitely won’t make you reach your dream. What you need is wealth creation careers not jobs. For me, careers and jobs have different meaning. Jobs refer to work for people and earn money for people while careers refer to work for yourself and earn money for yourself. Careers are sort of your own business.
From my observation, for a youngster like fresh graduate or school leaver after spm, the better careers to build wealth in shortest time are joining insurance and MLM aka multi level marketing.
