This is my new investment rule, cut loss whenever encounter 15% of drawback of my buying price. I will sell off my position and look for another rising star. There are thousand of stocks listed in Bursa. Therefore, we shouldn’t eye on the penny stock that we invested.
Net tangible assets (NTA) means total assets of a company after minus the liabilities and intangible assets (patents and goodwill). In others words, net tangible assets is what company physically owned and can be sold.
Price to Earnings Ratio or PER is a figure used to identify whether a stock price highly priced or lowly valued. Price to Earning Ratio commonly compare among several companies in same industry. From that, we will know that whether the price of a particular company is highly priced or lowly priced.
Earning Per Share (EPS) is another figure which fundamental investor look for before investing in particular stock besides ROE, PER, NTA and P/B. Earning Per Share (EPS) can be define as “The portion of a company’s profit allocated to each outstanding share of common stock”- from Investopedia. Mathematically, EPS means company’s profit divided by outstanding shares.
