High Net Asset Stocks
Net asset means whatever things that belongs to a company. Of course net asset can be further categorize into tangible asset and intangible asset. Tangible asset is things that can touch physically while intangible asset is things that cannot be seen or touch physically. In mathematical term, net asset means total assets minus total liabilities and intangible asset.
So what can net asset tell you about a company? Company with high asset means that the company are rich in term of asset such as machine and property. You only can buy things if you have money right? Company with high net asset usually will be more stable and can make more earning through his asset. Below are 30 highest net asset company in Bursa Malaysia.

Most of the stocks there are good companies with superb track records. Out of the whole list, i have bought Tenaga before. Others belum cuba lagi..

High NAV investment rule is not right. Lots of companies with high NAV (e.g. EUPE) but share price not moving because of other factor e.g. in EUPE, no dividend policy.
Some company may have NAV of >RM1.00 per share but share price traded at RM0.80 with PE of 300 – See HIGHTEC.
