Speaker Profile
Richard Kang is the CEO of Chart Trading Solution Sdn Bhd. He is an experienced stock and futures trader specializing in technical analysis for more than 10 years. He has conducted numerous technical analysis workshops for private and professional investors/traders and brokers in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, China and Hong Kong.
Lee Cheng Hooi is one of Malaysia’s prominent technical analysts. Having studied technical analysis with the foremost experts like Jeanne Long (Financial Astrology), Max Wenk (Elliott Wave), Russell Sands (Turtle System) and Curtis Arnold (Pattern Probability Strategy). He was The Edge’s first The Right Timing columnist from 1995-1999.
p/s: both of them are strong in technical analysis.
Market Outlook
So what did the professional think of for the Year 2010? Generally, they are happy for the first half year of the tiger year and the market might be turbulence towards the year end. Here are few things you need to look for:
- There will be a support line at 1250 in KLSE
- If 1250 is broken, the next support line will be 1070 and 1050
- The bullish trend might end after 31st April
- It is not advise to buy gold at current high
- Consumer, Finance and Industrial stocks is top pick
Most of the market outlook is based on technical analysis. I am not sure how true it is. Just wait and see their prediction on technical analysis.
