Dual Income
“ Adam was very happy that he manage to secure the temporary teacher job for this new year. He has being informed on 31 of December. It make the happiest news before the end of 2009 and starting good year on 2010. Adam start working as teacher on 4th of January. All the things is on his side until yesterday. He had being informed that he had been dismiss from the school because of excess teacher in the school. Or maybe he will transfer to other school.”
This is real life story that happen on me. I am jobless now. Well, it was expected this day will come but never think that it will come so soon. It is still okay for me to become jobless because I am still single and no burden. No one depends on me for living except myself. However, if I am a dad of 3 children would it be too bad being dismiss without any notice? Definitely.
We just cannot depend on one source of income. We must have dual income, active income and passive income. In the situation as stated, when I loss my active income, I still have my passive income supporting me. It is a good lesson how important is our passive income.

Agreed. We should not depend on our primary income completely. We shall do some investment while we’re able to afford. However, I hope you’ll find your primary income ASAP. Good luck!
