Power Of Focus
There are plenty of things for us to learn in our entire life. Most of the people love to learn by learning a little bit about all things. This is call diversify, opposite of focus. Do people success by getting diversify? Definitely no. People always famous because of one thing. Warren Buffett is famous in stock investing, Donald Trump is well known for real estate shark and David Beckham superstar in football arena.
However, if we focus on one thing, we have all our mind, time and energy on it. We are concentrate and alert towards the changes of the investment. We can have appropriate step to deal with the changes. Just as the FOCUS tell us, we need to do one thing until success before learning second thing.

In our journey to financial freedom, we tend to lure by various types of investment and business opportunity. Every opportunities appear seems bring lucrative return. Therefore we involve a little big here and little big there by paying minimum concentration. In the end we just get average return on all investment.
As time being, I just focus on stock market. I learn about how to read financial report, learn the terms in stock and learn how to discipline myself in stock market. I reject all the coming invitation to me for the time being such as business and Forex. I do some option trading during the night time and I find that I have not much improvement cause I do not pay full attention to it. My main focus is still stock market.
I used to invest in many investment vehicles like unit trust, shares, properties, direct-selling business, online business etc. But the end of the day, my favorite is still stock market and this is what I have been focusing on until now.
Why stock market? Simply because I am in control. Of course I can’t control the market but I can control myself on how to ride with the market. Unlike unit trust which your investment performance is subject to fund manager’s performance. Unlike business and properties investment which required huge capital outlay while, at the end of the day, you are still worrying about losing money.
The bottom line, very high chance, focusing will make you become an expert in the field.

I like stock market because it is the easiest and fastest making money compare to others investment if you do it right. Another reason is having control just as you have mention.
I guess you know all the advantage and disadvantage of each investment vehicles. Can you share your experience in your blog so that we can learn from you.
