High Dividend Paying Stocks
Below are 10 high paying dividend stocks in Bursa Malaysia. Some of the dividend given are four to five times higher than fixed deposits rate in the bank. Current fixed deposit rate is just 2% only.

Most of the stock counters are given 9%-11% of dividend in the future years. An average 10% of return from investment is just nice for investor. Of course the higher the better. Besides from high dividend paying, stocks will also appreciate in value too in the future.
Another thing to mention is their price to earning ratio (PER) is just about the market PER of about 11 to 12 times. This is to avoid buying any over value stocks.
CCB is good for special dividend. ^_^

So you own it? It is too expensive for me temporary. I prefer hektar REIT.

I like REITs. Their prices are comparatively stable with very attractive dividend payout consistently. They can be considered as an alternative to properties investment.

Ya, REITs prices are not volatile and low daily volume too. The most important are these factors does not effect the dividend payout.

Though CCB is considered high dividend stock , its share price has already been reflected in its stock . So at RM 5.20 and above n considering a special dividend will be given out somewhere in July/August , the net return will be in the region of 20cts/ RM 1 invested. Not bad if you are long term investors but for those impatient lot , it is not recommended because you tend to throw out the share way before you are getting the long awaited dividend.
