From my previous post, you know why we need insurance. Basically, you will need two types life insurance so that any undesired health problems would not affect your family financial, especially if you are bread wider. These two are medical insurance and life insurance.
P/S: In this post, I separate the medical insurance from life insurance to ease my explanation. Actually, medical insurance is under life insurance. Hope it do not confuse you.
Insurance is an important part of financial planning. However, a small percentage of people just neglect it and think that insurance is a scam or liar as they never claim the insurance before. Oh please, you need thanks GOD for not giving you a chance to claim insurance. If you are giving a chance, it definitely not a good news. Insurance is bought for transferring your risk to insurance company.

PTPTN (Perbadanan Tabung Pengajian Tinggi Nasional) is a government loan to all Malaysian that wish to forward tertiary education. I had loan RM21k from PTPTN with RM3500 each semester. Honestly, PTPTN ease my life a lot during uni times although the loan for each semester is just BARELY enough. I have to bare with KL entertainment lifestyle. I’m not going into detail how you spend the money.
Recently, I had checked the PTPTN website to get some information of repayment. Sadly, the admin fee aka interest charge stated is still 3%. Isn’t the admin fee had adjusted to 1% start from January 2009 which postpone from June 2008 already? ..!..
I had just finished Increase Your Financial IQ by Robert T.Kiyosaki. This is the book of the month for July. In this book, Robert is focusing on increasing your financial intelligence. Financial intelligence is how smart one can solve the financial problem. Financial IQ is the measurement on one financial intelligence. The higher financial IQ, the higher is one financial intelligence. In Information Age, your knowledge is your asset to make money ( totally agree).

In turbulent times, everyone is seeking precious metal as hedging against devalue dollar. Precious metal is chosen by investor due to its intrinsic value. Gold, Silver and Platinum are among them. As topic stated, I’m going to discuss about silver instead of gold. I had did some research on investing in silver after finished reading the prophecy of Robert T.Kiyosaki in his book, Increasing Your Financial IQ.
